If you live in Texas and you have a complaint regarding your landlord, we can assist you in taking the first step toward demanding a resolution. 

You can read our FAQs for more information but to summarize, we need the following:

  • Your complaint in very clear, descriptive language. If you need assistance in explaining the complaint, we will need a different engagement letter and the fee will increase. 
  • How would you like your complaint fixed in very clear, descriptive language? If you need assistance in explaining the complaint, we will need a different engagement letter and the fee will increase.
  • A copy of your lease and any other written correspondence uploaded to our site
  • Docusign an engagement letter with our firm
  • Pay the fee of $749 — we’ll send you the link after you docusign the engagement letter we will email you

We will provide the following:

  • An analysis of your complaint
  • Verification that we haven’t already done business with your landlord
  • Send them a letter with your complaint along with a demand that they fix it

What we do not provide:

  • Any verbal or phone conversation — all communication must be done by email. If you need verbal or in-person assistance, we will need a different engagement letter and the fee will increase.
  • Any guarantees of any type of solution
  • Any activities past sending the letter — our engagement letter plainly states our job is done once the letter is sent and delivered by certified mail
  • Any further activities will require a new engagement letter and additional fees

This service allows you to document your complaint, send the complaint in along with your uploaded documents. Then, you’ll post your payment of $749 after signing the docusign engagement letter we will email you.

Then, we take the information, email you any questions we have to assist in clarification and send the demand letter within 3 business days after receiving all information (e.g. if you send in all information on Monday, we’ll have the letter out on Thursday, if you send in part of the information on Tuesday and the rest on Thursday, we’ll have the letter out the next Tuesday.)
